The new cutting material of gear hobs-SpeedCore

SpeedCore is a newly developed substrate for hobs. Compared with HSS PM hobs, the increased hot hardness of the intermetallic cutting material helps to improve at least 30% on cutting speeds. SpeedCore Hobs with a suitable coating will have top performance on easy implementation and high reliability.
