This new material is independently designed and developed on the basis of the traditional cutting tool material M35.
As a large section cutting tool, the brand has excellent wear resistance and strength and toughness.
At present, the more mature application fields are broaches, gear hobs, shaving cutter, gear shaper cutter and other gear tools .
the temperature of quenching: HSF825K is 1190°C, and HSF835 is 1200°C, tempering is 560°C, annealing is 860°C-900°C
